Well...
I watched Superbowl. If you don't realize the total implications of this, then you don't know of my utter lack of interest in watching the "long" sports. By "long" I mean -long in duration. It takes forever to watch a game of football or baseball, never mind cricket. And yet, I watched the Superbowl and even picked the underdogs (New Orleans) to win. Not a bad choice it turns out... just wish that I had bet on it. While I was actually watching it for the great commercials, we simply did not get to see them here in Canada as we were bombarded by the "Do you believe?" Olympic Campaign.... If I have to hear that song one more time......
I am also taking a night course of trades exploration. So far I have welded, done Electrical work, and now I am on to sheet metal. Quite a bit of fun really.
Me and Kurt will be going over to Vancouver on the last day of the Olympics, it could be a gong show but I kinda hope it will be. That is the day of the closing ceremonies and the mens final gold medal hockey match.
Go Canada Go.
After thinking about how complacent I have gotten over the past year, I got to thinking how a little "competitive game" would liven things up.
